We want to ensure that any member or prospective member trying to locate your club to attend a meeting has accurate information when they refer to this website. If your club name, contact information, meeting location, meeting time and day, e-mail or web address change, please complete the on-line form after this text box on this web page, or if you would prefer to use snail mail, use the pdf file below to print off a form to complete and mail to David Bawcutt, O.N.A. Membership Chairman.

As well, we are helping Member Clubs plan their coin shows by providing information on when other Member Clubs are holding their coin shows. This information is updated on our Coin Show page of this website. Please provide information regarding your coin show(s) by filling-in the on-line form after this text box on this web page, or if you would prefer to use snail mail, use the pdf file below to print off a form to complete and mail to David Bawcutt, O.N.A. Membership Chairman.

If using this on-line, note that the mandatory fields for completing the on-line form include:
  • Effective Date for the change you are requesting (this does not appear on the website)
  • Your name, title and e-mail as the person requesting the change (this does not appear on the website)
  • Your club's name (this will appear on the website)
All other fields are strictly voluntary. You are required to complete the security code at the bottom of the form, then click submit, and then the website will automatically submit your request to the ONA Webmaster.
